In the Collective Tour, the boat will depart at the specific time of the reservation. If the client does not arrive on time, it will be considered a No-Show and they will not be entitled to a refund. In Private Tours, when the client does not arrive at the agreed time, only time will be subtracted from their trip, the boat will not leave until the client arrives, but the boat will return at the first agreed time.
